The workshop will be led by Clare Jenkinson and Barbara Nolan. Interpretation of the theme will be discussed, and members can share ideas and go on to produce their own inspirational theme/mood/story board or sketch their ideas for a painting on the theme. It would be wonderful if our society was chosen.

The competition itself – RAMM, Exeter Local Art show 2019. This competition is for local groups like TAS to compete for the opportunity to exhibit their members’ work in a prestigious venue in the centre of Exeter. The winning group will have their work hung professionally in a beautiful gallery where it will reach a wide audience. It is anticipated that the winning group will provide fifty pieces for the exhibition. All work must be wall mounted and must be offered for sale.

The theme of the exhibition is Migration which can be interpreted in any way by the artist. With the talented membership of TAS we hope to be able to put together an exciting entry that will capture the imagination of the judges and the voting public on Devon Live. Ten pieces of work will be selected for our entry to represent the range and diversity of our members’ work.
