Des Maxwell Clark will be holding a retrospective exhibition at Words and Pictures Gallery, Little Triangle, Teignmouth TQ14 8AX from Friday 23 to Monday 26 August. Des will also be displaying a selection of his sketch books, giving a glimpse into how he works.

Keith Bowcock’s painting ‘Early Start’ won the Allenby Trophy in the 2019 Spring Exhibition, receiving the most votes by the public for Best Picture.
There was a lot of excellent artwork on display at the Victoria Hall, Shaldon, and the competition was stiff. It was a very well attended exhibition.

Thank you to everyone who entered work to represent the Art Society in the RAMM competition. It was amazing to see the enthusiasm and effort that members have put into this project.

RAMM, Exeter Local Art show 2019
The competition itself is for local groups like TAS to compete for the opportunity to exhibit their members’ work in a prestigious venue in the centre of Exeter. The winning group will have their work hung professionally in a beautiful gallery where it will reach a wide audience.
